Richard ‘Rich’ Corson, a West Point Graduate who dedicated 23 years of his life to service in the Army Special Forces, holding various key roles from Infantry Platoon Leader to Chief of the US Special Operations Command’s (USSOCOM) Operation Center.
Following a career spanning over two decades in the military and an additional 21 years as a government civilian at USSOCOM, he retired in 2018, having served the nation for an impressive 48 years.
Yet, Rich’s commitment to the nation and its military members did not end with retirement. He actively participates on the Boards of the Tampa Special Forces Association Chapter LX and the Tampa Green Beret Association. Moreover, he orchestrates the Veterans Benefit Social (VBS) every quarter, creating a vital nexus between military members, their families, and veteran assistance organizations to ensure they receive the support they rightfully deserve.
With such a record of selfless service, Rich Corson is a testament to unwavering dedication and commitment. He is an inspiring figure who continues to serve his nation beyond his military tenure, truly embodying the spirit of service.
